Catalyst Connection’s IMT Apprenticeship Program now has four graduates!
Congratulations JR, Tom, Chrissy, and Howie!
Catalyst Connection’s state sponsored apprenticeship program required these four individuals to complete classroom hours and on-the-job training competencies in the 18-month timeframe. Following their classroom hours were practical applications of the content and the ability to visit Schroeder Industries to see best practices put into play.
Part of their classroom training required passing four nationally recognized certificate assessments; upon completion of these assessments, all 4 received the Certified Production Technician (CPT). Upon completion of all 264 hours of classroom instruction and on-the-job training they received their Journeymen Papers for their Industrial Manufacturing Technician.
