Today kicked off a two-day welding intensive with Industrial Arts Workshop (IAW) and Reimagine Reentry as part of a career awareness week. The cohort is comprised of formerly incarcerated people who are looking to build skills and find new career paths. Nate Broadus, Workforce Specialist – Catalyst Connection was there to connect with these individuals and speak to them about careers in manufacturing.
