Recently Catalyst Connection hosted a job seeker training at our Mill 19 offices for National Center for Urban Solutions. This group embarked on a transformative journey over a few weeks with the mission to empower individuals with the knowledge and expertise required to excel in today’s workforce.
Through the utilization of ToolingU curriculum, NCUS created a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping participants with the essential skills demanded by industries. From technical know-how to problem-solving capabilities, the curriculum covered a wide array of topics crucial for success in the modern job market.
Attendees from this training were able to showcase their newfound skills and secure promising career prospects. Interviews were conducted, and offers were extended, marking the beginning of a promising journey for many individuals.
